LZ screw gate
LZ series screw gate is used in building materials, metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, glass, light industry, food and other industries of the top, bottom and import and export. It is a device that controls large changes in flow, starts frequently, and cuts off quickly.
Structural features:
LZ screw gate has simple structure, flexible operation, light weight, no blocking, fast cutting, suitable for all kinds of non-viscosity solid, powder and particle materials less than 010mm, conveying and flow adjustment of grain materials, installation is not limited by angle, operation is convenient, and opening can be adjusted at any time. The valve has a hand wheel and sprocket to operate two forms of operation, I type for the hand wheel, II type for the sprocket. One-way and two-way structure, LZD for one-way, LZS for two-way.
Working principle:
LZ screw gate is mainly composed of frame, gate, screw rod, nut and other parts. Turn the hand wheel by hand to make the screw rod with screw rod nut and gate reciprocate along the horizontal direction to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the gate.

Instructions for use:
● This valve can be installed horizontally or vertically. When installing, a sealing gasket must be added between the two flanges, and then the connecting bolts are evenly locked.
● Operation when rotating clockwise to open. No additional auxiliary lever shall be added to the handwheel.
● During long-term storage, the equipment shall be closed, and lubricating oil shall be added to each transmission part. Open storage or stacking is not allowed.
