BZ- I /-Ⅱ bar gate
Bar gate is based on building materials, mining, metallurgy and other industries in the medium and small solid block material feeding, conveying, control and other process requirements and the development of a valve, suitable for ≤ 50mm material conveying control.
Structural features:
Using steel welding, simple structure, easy operation, no jam, strong rigidity, no deformation, long service life, basically no maintenance, is the ideal equipment for medium and small solid block material control.

Working principle:
The bar gate is normally open, and the material is in circulation. When cutting or adjusting according to the working conditions, the bars need to be inserted one by one to prevent the circulation of materials, and the size of materials can also be controlled by adjusting the gap between the bars according to the working conditions.
Instructions for use:
● During installation, a sealing gasket must be added between the two flanges, and then the connecting bolts shall be evenly locked.
● During operation, the extracted bar shall not be hit violently, so as to prevent the bar from being deformed and unable to reset.
● When cutting off the flow block material, the bars must be inserted from both sides in turn.
● In case of long-term storage, open storage or stacking is not allowed.
