Product Description
Cantilever bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer is a large-scale bulk loading and unloading equipment that integrates stacking materials. It is a common machine for digging and collecting loose materials such as coal, ore, sand and gravel. It is widely used in electric power, ports, metallurgy, mining, chemical and other working conditions of enterprises and long stock yards. The equipment has the characteristics of large radius of gyration, high production efficiency, stable and reliable movement, and low energy consumption.
Cantilever bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer has two operation modes, namely, stacking operation and reclaimer operation, and the two operations cannot be carried out at the same time. During the stacking operation, the materials are unloaded from the ground belt conveyor to the cantilever bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer through the tail car and then thrown into the unloading yard. By adjusting the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitch of the boom, the material pile forms a neat shape of trapezoidal section. During the picking operation, the bucket wheel body rotates, the hopper distributed around the bucket wheel body is stable, and the materials on the pile are dug into the hopper, then, with the help of the sliding board, the taken materials are continuously supplied to the cantilever belt conveyor for reverse operation, the material center drop hopper is unloaded to the ground belt conveyor for transportation, and the materials in the stock yard are taken out through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitching of the arm frame.
Basic structure
Cantilever bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer is mainly composed of walking mechanism, gate seat, slewing mechanism, turntable, upper metal structure, forearm frame, bucket wheel mechanism, tail car, track system, control room and other components.
