Overview
The conical air lock valve is widely used in industries such as building materials, mining, coal, metallurgy, thermal power, etc. Used for automatic adjustment and control of material transportation, to prevent wild wind from entering and ensure smooth transportation of the system.
Structural characteristics
It is welded with high-quality steel, with flexible operation, good sealing performance, and reliable performance, and has the effect of automatic wind locking and material falling, especially suitable for the transportation and adjustment of non-viscous solid powder, fine particle materials, and crystal materials.
Working principle
The conical air lock valve utilizes torque balance to achieve ash unloading. When the torque made by the material on turning plate is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the valve plate opens and discharges the ash downwards. Once the accumulated ash is removed, the torque generated by the heavy hammer and rocker causes the valve plate to quickly close, achieving air lock. The frequency of material falling and the amount of ash discharged shall be adjusted according to the working conditions by adjusting the position of the heavy hammer.

Operation instruction
When installing, please pay attention to the medium flow direction marked on the valve body. When connecting two flanges, it is necessary to add sealing gaskets and evenly lock the bolts.
When the equipment is running, please regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission part.
If stored for a long time, the equipment should be in a closed state, and lubricating oil should be added to each transmission part. Outdoor storage or stacking is not allowed.

Ⅳ. Installation, operation and maintenance
The conical air lock valve must be adjusted before use to find a reasonable position for the heavy hammer on the lever.
The upper part of the conical air lock valve should be kept with an appropriate material column to make it airtight and prevent air leakage.
The conical air lock valve must be installed vertically to maintain the normal operation of the valve balance device.
