Single tube spiral steady flow machine
The single tube spiral stabilizing machine is suitable for continuous and uniform feeding of dry powder materials, such as raw materials, coal powder, cement, and other powder materials as well as short distance transportation. It is commonly used for unloading (feeding) materials at the bottom of powder silos.
Structural characteristics
The use of square mouth feeding is not easy to block the material, which can ensure a high powder filling rate in the conveying pipe. The irregular spiral blades at the receiving end of the feeding port have the function of evenly stirring the material and facilitating feeding. The structural form of the full length spiral blades of the feeding pipe conforms to the conveying rules of the receiving section, feeding section, and steady-flow section, ensuring a uniform filling rate of the materials in the pipe. This series of products is divided into I-fixed speed and II-manual stepless speed regulation according to the driving mode, both of which use cycloidal pinwheel reducers with high efficiency and high speed ratio. Type II is equipped with a new type of electromagnetic speed control motor, which has a wide speed range, smooth operation, low noise and compact structure. It can adjust material flow to meet different production requirements.
